Paul Mandabach
President and Managing Partner, Winner & Mandabach Campaigns
Paul Mandabach has received national recognition as a result of his
successful record in the ballot measure field, overseeing most of his
firm's 145 ballot measure campaigns throughout the country. His
successful background is reflected in his firm's 90% success record.
In 2004 Winner & Mandabach directed the campaign in California to
pass Proposition 71, the Stem Cell Research and Cures Initiative. In
2006, the firm directed the campaign to pass Amendment 2, a
constitutional amendment protecting the right to conduct Stem Cell
research in Missouri.
Mr. Mandabach’s campaign methodology serves as the sole model for
a Harvard Business School case study on effective political campaign
management and has been used in universities across the country.
In addition to directing ballot measure campaigns, Mr. Mandabach
consults for various companies, organizations and trade associations on
communications related to public policy issues.
Prior to entering the ballot measure field, Mr. Mandabach began his
career as a political strategist by conducting political surveys for
Opinion Research of California, and by working on more than 20
candidate election campaigns.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University, a
Masters Degree in Public Policy from Occidental College and is a
graduate of the Coro Foundation Public Affairs program in Los Angeles.
