Brad Kemp
Executive Director, Kansas Coalition for Lifesaving Cures
Brad Kemp is the Executive Director
of the Kansas Coalition for Lifesaving Cures, an organization founded
in 2005 to ensure that any stem cell research, therapies and cures
allowed under federal law remain legal in Kansas and available to
Kansas patients.
Kemp has twenty years’
experience in grassroots organizing, public relations, and informal
science education. He has worked as a science writer and from 1995 to
2005 oversaw the public exhibits and education programs of the
University of Kansas Natural History Museum. He holds degrees from both
of Kansas’ major public universities, Kansas State University and
the University of Kansas.
Kemp is a native Kansan and lives in Lawrence.
